Here are the terms of the Policy:

All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department or communicated to your Account Manager. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by the respective department.

Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and execution of the project has not started already.

Ramsavvy IT Services Private Limited will not be held responsible for any third party services, such as hosting, web development, etc.

No cancellations are entertained for those services that the Ramsavvy marketing team has obtained on exceptional occasions or else events/offers such as Month end offers, discount promotions, Halloweens, Christmas, New Year etc. These are restricted occasion/ events offers/ scheme therefore cancellations are not possible.

Any shortage in service because of any third party like hosting, server, images, content etc., Ramsavvy IT Services Private Limited will not be accountable at all.

Refund policy

Due to the nature of the services, Ramsavvy IT Services Private Limited does not guarantee any refunds upon cancellation. In case of monthly payment, it is understood that payment for next month is released only after reviewing the current month’s performance. Ramsavvy does not make any guarantees on the basis of traffic/ rankings etc. and will not be held responsible for any refund claims thereof. We only provide White label Digital Marketing and Web Development services throughout the world. 

When you purchase our services, Due to the nature of business, Ramsavvy IT Services Private Limited do not provide any money back policy.If you are, for any reason, not completely happy with our services, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of obtaining the service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your objection will take a suitable decision according to our mentioned policies.
