Job Summary:
The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and managing the company’s affiliate marketing program. This includes recruiting and managing affiliate partners, creating and managing affiliate marketing campaigns, and tracking and analyzing affiliate performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and practices, as well as experience in developing and executing successful affiliate marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the company’s affiliate marketing program
Recruit and manage affiliate partners
Create and manage affiliate marketing campaigns
Track and analyze affiliate performance
Optimize affiliate marketing campaigns for performance
Generate and report on affiliate marketing data
Work with other marketing team members to promote and integrate affiliate marketing into the company’s overall marketing strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and practices
Experience in developing and executing successful affiliate marketing campaigns
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
